SWEDESBORO, NJ — Dr. Schar, a baked goods producer for consumers with special nutritional needs, expanded its reach by launching Artisan Baker White Bread and Deli Style Bread in all Publix stores.
The gluten-free offerings are made with natural ingredients and omit artificial preservatives.

The Artisan Baker line includes two better-for-you varieties, 10 Grains and Seeds and Multigrain. The sourdough Deli Style bread is also available in a seeded variety.
Consumers can find the Artisan Baker White Bread and Deli Style Bread at Publix stores nationwide for SRPs of $7.49 and $5.99, respectively.
The gluten-free brand recently released two festive offerings to ring in the holiday season, Speculoos Spiced Cookies and Italian Panettone.
