NEW YORK; ROSEMONT, IL — Sales and supply chain management solutions provider Batory Foods and food tech company DouxMatok have announced a commercial distribution agreement for DouxMatok’s sugar-based sugar reduction solution.

Incredo Sugar, the food tech company’s flagship product, is the only solution made of cane sugar with the same sweetness level using up to 50% less sugar without compromising of taste or texture. It will join the Batory Foods portfolio of high-quality food ingredients beginning this month.

This opens the product to a network of North American customers looking to reduce sugar in baked goods and confectionary products. The partnership will expand DouxMatok’s direct sales channels and expand distribution opportunities.
