ST. PAUL, MN — Dessert Holdings announced that Andrea Todd, VP of culinary development at the baking company, has been chosen to develop and prepare the dessert menu for the Research Chef Association’s (RCA) fundraising dinner. Todd is one of 10 RCA Chef members selected for the dining experience.
Harvesting Harmony: A Gastronomic Affair Cultivating Conscious Cuisine will be held on Nov. 4 at the James Beard House in New York City. The event includes a 10-course tasting menu that combines sustainability initiatives with a culinary experience.

Todd has a background in baking and pastry from Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts and a master’s in food business from the Culinary Institute of America. Her work at Dessert Holdings centers on bringing on-trend, consumer-centric dessert solutions for foodservice chains and operators.
