CAMDEN, NJ — Campbell Soup Co. made two key staff appointments, promoting Daniel L. Poland to the role of executive VP and chief enterprise transformation officer and Cassandra Green to senior VP and head of supply chain.
Green will report to Poland, while Poland will continue to report to president and CEO Mark Clouse and remain a member of Campbell’s Operating Committee.
The all-new enterprise transformation office was created to accelerate business performance, elevate capabilities and drive continuous improvement. Poland will lead the office’s cross-functional team, which will drive digital transformation, integrated business planning, food safety, quality and sustainability.
“Transformation is essential to stay nimble and to accelerate our growth in pursuit of setting the standard for performance in the food industry,” Clouse said. “Our enterprise transformation office will elevate critical capabilities and improve our effectiveness to create competitive advantages for the company.
