CAMDEN, NJ — Campbell Soup Co. made two key staff appointments, promoting Daniel L. Poland to the role of executive VP and chief enterprise transformation officer and Cassandra Green to senior VP and head of supply chain.

Green will report to Poland, while Poland will continue to report to president and CEO Mark Clouse and remain a member of Campbell’s Operating Committee.

The all-new enterprise transformation office was created to accelerate business performance, elevate capabilities and drive continuous improvement. Poland will lead the office’s cross-functional team, which will drive digital transformation, integrated business planning, food safety, quality and sustainability.

Since joining the company in 2022, Poland served as executive VP and chief supply chain officer, where he led major components of the supply chain, including procurement, occupational health and safety, engineering, planning and logistics, manufacturing sites and its network of contract manufacturers.

Prior to Campbell’s, Poland gained extensive food industry experience, holding leadership positions at Kind Snacks, Pinnacle Foods, WhiteWave Foods and H.J. Heinz Company.

In her new role, Green will oversee Campbell’s end-to-end supply chain. Green most recently served as senior VP of manufacturing and supply chain category leadership for Campbell’s. Since joining the company in 2010, she has overseen all aspects of the supply chain function, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, transportation and customer service.
