SOLON, OH — California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has released two new croissant-inspired thin crust pizzas.
The brand collaborated with Mike’s Hot Honey, a leading brand of hot honey, for the new Uncured Pepperoni & Hot Honey flavor. This pie consists of a zesty marinara base topped with 100% real mozzarella cheese and uncured pepperoni. Each pizza comes with a serving of Mike’s Hot Honey for consumers to customize their preferred level of sweet heat.
The Bacon & Caramelized Onion flavor variety features a buttery brie sauce and is topped with roasted garlic, mozzarella cheese, savory bacon and caramelized onion.
“New croissant inspired crust pizzas are a delicious twist on our CPK thin crust and give consumers new elevated toppings they’re looking for like hot honey,” said Elizabeth Hanculak, senior brand manager at Nestle. “It’s yet another example of our ability to leverage rapid innovation alongside the brand’s heritage and California roots to provide a premium at-home eating experience.”
CPK Croissant Inspired Crust Pizza’s will be available nationwide starting in April for an MSRP of $10.91.
