SOMERVILLE, MA — Brewer’s Food debuted a sustainable and upcycled chocolate chip cookie as part of its line of upcycled pita chips and flatbread crackers.

The cookies are made with Callebaut chocolate, Cabot butter and King Arthur flour.

Brewer’s Foods is dedicated to sustainability and upcycling, meaning it sources ingredients from sustainable sources and reuses them in a new form that helps eliminate waste and conserve resources.

The cookies are sweetened with natural sweeteners, and free from artificial flavors and preservatives.

Brewer’s Cookies can be found in Whole Foods Market in the North Atlantic Region as well as in Uncle Guiseppe’s Marketplace locations.
