Automation and robotics tradeshow announced, virtual attendance available

LORRACH, GERMANY — Equipment suppliers Apex Motion Control, Unifiller Europe and Shuffle-Mix are uniting forces in a new baking industry event to be held Oct. 14, 2021.

The show will feature live demonstrations for sponge cake and single-serve dessert production. Topics include integrating three OEMs into one turnkey system, solving labor shortage issues, reducing ingredient waste, and maximizing uptime and efficiency.

The three hosts for the event include Martin Hornsteiner from Unifiller and Apex Europe, Martin Riis from Apex North America and Europe, and Erik Kamphuis from Shuffle-Mix Europe.
