Oakes’ new laminar flow extrusion manifold can deposit unlimited combinations of particulates with batters, icings, marshmallow, jellies and toppings directly onto an oven band or base cake. Designed to be installed over an existing continuous baking conveyor, the system is fed using a single tri-clamp product inlet. The gentle, volumetric depositing protects the product quality and consistency of final densities and weights.
The solution offers easy product balancing and simplified sanitation and is available in widths up to 60 inches with custom nozzles and optional heating or cooling.
