ROSS has introduced its new VersaMix Multi-Shaft Mixers with Solids/Liquid Injection Manifold (SLIM) Technology, which enables fast and efficient incorporation of large scale powder into low-viscosity liquids including oils and emulsions.

The VM-600 model has a 600 gallon capacity dual-shaft mixer that is designed for deep vacuum levels, creating powerful suction that draws solids sub-surface directly into a high-shear zone. This method accelerates powder wet-out and and minimizes issues like agglomeration, or “fisheyes.”
