This high-speed band slicer uses a reliable and automatic blade spacing system for pan baked bread including fruit, raisin, nuts and gluten-free breads. Producing up to 75 loaves per minute, the optional automatic blade tensioning system maintains constant tension on all blades, reducing blade breakages and extending blade life.
