The Reiser XY Panning Table is designed for small- and medium-sized bakeries. It works in tandem with Vemag dough depositors, allowing bakers to automate panning of exact-weight, pre-formed, ready-to-bake portions.

The system is suited for cookie production, as the table moves the baking pan left-to-right and front-to-back. It precisely positions the pan to accept each portion from the Vemag depositor then pauses when the pan is filled, allowing the operator to remove the filled pan and insert an empty one.
