WASHINGTON, DC — With its annual convention quickly approaching, the American Bakers Association (ABA) announced Simon T. Bailey as the ATBI Leadership Session’s keynote speaker.
As a leading authority on brilliance and resilience, Bailey will speak at the 2025 ABA Convention, set for Mar. 23-26 in Orlando, FL. He will provide baking industry executives with thought leadership and insights into organizational success.
Bailey’s session will focus on promoting a workplace culture that attracts and retains top talent. As a former sales director at the Disney Institute and a trusted advisor to global organizations, Bailey will inspire convention attendees with strategies to actionably enhance leadership effectiveness, as well as techniques to empower teams to reach new heights.
