Bailey most recently worked for the US House of Representatives, covering an array of domestic policy issues. This, in addition to his experience addressing Department of Labor regulations and leading policy development for the House Committee on Education and Workforce, will support the association’s ability to elevate workforce concerns from members of the commercial baking industry to legislators and policymakers.
