CHICAGO — PMMI U, the education and workforce development initiative of PMMI, the association for packaging and processing technologies, is hosting a two-day workshop dedicated to enhancing women’s leadership skills in the manufacturing industry.

Scheduled for Oct. 21-22, SheLeads: Navigating Leadership for Women will teach participants how to expand their networks and advance their careers. It will provide personalized guidance and growth plans, including insights into developing a mission statement, identifying leadership archetypes, promoting a unique brand, aligning company goals, and cultivating honest and constructive communication.

With expert-led sessions, hands-on activities and real-world case studies, SheLeads will equip participants with practical skills they can take back and apply in their own companies.
