SAN FRANCISCO — After debuting with an assortment of dried pastas, Flour + Water Foods’ portfolio is growing with a new frozen pizza line.

The line — which draws inspiration from the pizza program at the Flour + Water Hospitality Group’s San Francisco pizzeria — is available in three flavors: Margherita, Pepperoni and Cacio e Pepe.

The 13-inch pizzas feature a slow-fermented dough made with North American wheat. To achieve a fresh-from-the-oven experience in CPG format, the pizzas are par-baked in the pizzeria’s electric deck ovens and flash frozen. From there, the frozen product is delivered to local markets and retailers.

This new line from Flour + Water’s CPG division further solidifies the brand’s commitment to providing consumers restaurant-quality food at home.

Flour + Water frozen pizzas can be purchased at select Bay Area retailers at an SRP of $14.99, with plans for expansion in the coming months. Additionally, the brand has partnered with Zero Foodprint to contribute 1% of proceeds to support farms and ranches that adopt regenerative agriculture practices.
