NEW ORLEANS — As part of the festivities at this year’s IDDBA event, held June 1-3 in New Orleans, Carmela Serebryany, IDDBA chair and president of Toronto-based Upper Crust, announced Boris Serebryany, CEO and president of Fiera Foods and Carmela’s father, as the recipient of the Chair’s Award.
The prestigious annual recognition, designated by the IDDBA board chair, honors an individual who has served as a mentor figure and been pivotal to the chair’s success.
