LAS VEGAS — Educational opportunities will soon flood the Las Vegas Convention Center for the International Baking Industry Exposition, set for Sept. 14-17.

The lineup of IBIEducate sessions for the triennial Baking Expo is available now, with sessions starting Sept. 13. The 2025 edition will feature expanded education access with more than 100 sessions, workshops and demonstrations.
