CHICAGO — The Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) announced that registration is now open for IFT FIRST 2025, set for July 13-16 at McCormick Place in Chicago.
The event, which unites experts throughout the food science industry, will address the most significant challenges impacting the industry. The expo floor will display the latest food innovations and technologies that are ushering in a new era of food.

Keynotes will highlight critical food topics such as reducing salt, sugar and fats; the future of food additives; and GLP-1’s short- and long-term on the industry.
