BUFFALO, NY — Rich Products (Rich’s) announced the launch of a Celebration Cookie from its gourmet cookie brand, Christie Cookie Co.

Made with real butter and vanilla, the Celebration Cookie is birthday cake flavored and packed with colorful sprinkles, white chocolate and marshmallows. It boasts a clean label and omits artificial flavors, colors or sweeteners.

“The new Christie Cookie Co. Celebration Cookie will add colorful fun to the bakery case or grab-and-go counter for treat-yourself moments as well as special occasions,” said Serena Leatherbarrow, associate customer marketing manager for Rich’s. “The colorful sprinkles in the cookie and the new packaging design help the cookie pop off the shelf and inspire purchases. Christie Cookie Co. offers labor-saving formats for operators seeking to enhance their menus with a premium bakery offering that tastes like homemade.”

Rich’s is also revamping the Christie Cookie Co. portfolio with refreshed branding, marketing materials and packaging. The new branding will deliver a modern look and feel to the CPG company.

The Celebration Cookie is available in two formats: a 2.4-ounce, individually wrapped, fully baked cookie and freezer-to-oven dough. The dough, suited for foodservice, arrives frozen and ready to bake in 1.45- and 2.5-ounce sizes.
