BIRMINGHAM, MI — Cooper Street Snacks, a family-owned baking company known for its better-for-you products, is bringing its Cherry White Chip Twice-Baked Cookies to Costco shelves throughout the Midwest.

The Cherry White Chip Twice-Baked Cookies, made from a 100-year-old family recipe, are crafted with white chocolate chip morsels and locally sourced Michigan cherries.

Cooper Street’s expansion into Costco stores marks a significant milestone, enabling the brand to provide health-conscious consumers with increased access to better-for-you products. Costco’s commitment to quality aligns with Cooper Street’s mission to provide nutritious, allergen-friendly snacks that cater to a wide range of consumers with dietary preferences.

The cookies are available now at local grocery stores and supermarkets, as well as online through Amazon, with increased distribution to Costco stores beginning in early February.

Cooper Street recently acquired Harvest Valley Bakery, integrating its facility to bolster the brand’s production capacity.
