KANSAS CITY, KS — Tippin’s Gourmet Pies, a wholesale premium pie manufacturer, has made two changes to its leadership team. The company promoted Kevin Ray to EVP and welcomed Micki Hardy as VP of sales and marketing.

Ray, a food industry vet with more than 30 years of experience, joined Tippin’s in mid-2024 and will lead all aspects of the company’s business in his new role. Previously, he held executive leadership positions at Gardner Pie Co. and Perdue Farms, overseeing operations and supporting company growth.

“Tippin’s Pies has a 45-year legacy of creating exceptional pies with the finest ingredients, and we have a state-of-the-art production bakery that allows us to increase our capacity,” Ray said. “We look forward to working with our current and new retail partners to introduce our pies to more markets.”

Hardy joins the company with a wealth of experience working in retail, in-store and wholesale aspects of the baking industry. She joins Tippin’s from The Killer Brownie Co., where she managed the Western sales region.
