NEW YORK — Bake Me Healthy, a top nine allergen-free and upcycled baking brand, launched its newest dessert offering, Soft-Baked Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies. Crafted with health-conscious and dietary-restricted consumers in mind, the new cookies are made sustainably with clean ingredients.
The cookies omit gluten, dairy and the top nine allergens while being packed with rich dark chocolate. Each pack of four cookies contains 0 grams of added sugar, 8 grams of plant-based protein and 4 grams of fiber.
Appealing to the growing consumer interest in sustainability and better-for-you attributes, the Soft-Baked Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies include sustainably upcycled sunflower protein flour.
