SUMNER, WA — Antonina’s Gluten-Free Bakery, a producer of assorted baked goods including muffins and cakes, announced the launch of its new online store as part of its brand-building effort.
“We are focused on growing a retail brand that consumers want to engage with and that stores value having on their shelves,” said Robert Kidd, VP of sales and marketing at Antonina’s. “When consumers already know the value Antonina’s Gluten-Free products bring to their lives, they are more likely to seek them out and put them in their carts at the grocery store.”
Antonina’s Gluten-Free muffins are baked with sour cream and buttermilk and are available in Blueberry, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Chip, Lemon Poppy Seed and Triple Chocolate. The cupcakes are topped with a buttercream swirl and come in yellow and chocolate varieties. Brownies, a new addition to the brand lineup, are Double Chocolate flavored and are individually wrapped.
Consumers can purchase full (32) or half (16) cases of the brand’s various baked goods on the new website. Online orders will ship on dry ice and arrive within 1-3 business days.
