WASHINGTON, DC — The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) has officially opened registration for the 2025 event, set for Sept. 14-17 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
IBIE 2025 passes will include full access to IBIEducate, the robust education program curated specifically for the baking industry.

Attendees will be able to participate in more than 100 sessions, workshops and demonstrations covering key industry topics such as production efficiency, ingredient innovations and retail strategies at no additional cost.
IBIE 2022 saw a 25% increase in baker attendance, drawing 20,000 baking industry professionals from across the globe. Baking Expo is expected to continue growing in 2025, with 93% of the show floor already sold out.
