Eli’s Cheesecake Launches Valentine’s Day promotion to support Chicago-area frontline workers

CHICAGO — Eli’s Cheesecake Bakery announced a special Valentine’s Day promotion to help consumers celebrate heroes of the pandemic.

For every I Heart Cheesecake purchased, Eli’s will donate a heart-shaped cheesecake to frontline workers at the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, located on Chicago’s southside.

The white chocolate heart-shaped cheesecake topped with whole raspberries is available at shop.elicheesecake.com for $51.95 plus shipping.

Eli’s is running other seasonal items available for shipping including the Valentine’s Day DIY Dipper Decorating Kit, which includes six frozen “naked” Original Plain cheesecake slices on sticks, Belgian chocolate for dipping, white chocolate for drizzling, three different kinds of sprinkles, candy hearts, a pastry bag for decorating, parchment paper, and an instruction sheet for $45.95 plus shipping.

Eli’s ready-made Dippers, decorated with pink and red nonpareils, edible pearls and red chocolate drizzle are available on the site for $49.95 plus shipping for a box of seven.

Valentine’s Day Cheesecake Cuties are bite-sized squares of Original Plain Cheesecake, enrobed in bittersweet chocolate and decorated with a heart confection and brushed with edible gold dust or sprinkles.
