HORSHAM, PA — Thomas’, a Bimbo Bakeries USA brand, is expanding its breakfast food portfolio with the addition of Croissant Bread.

“What makes Thomas’ Croissant Bread so uniquely good is that it’s made in a croissant-style lamination process resulting in 72 layers in each loaf to get that signature flakiness you expect from a croissant,” said Ted Swain, director of innovation for Thomas’ Breads.

The product features flaky croissant layers baked into a loaf and has no high fructose corn syrup. The innovation combines the indulgence of the traditional sweet good with the ready-to-eat convenience of being pre-sliced, making it easy for consumers to add toppings.
