AUSTIN, TX — Cheddies is disrupting the salty snack market with a first-of-its-kind cheese-based cracker made with 100% fresh cheddar.
Cheddies uses a proprietary cheese recipe sourced from regenerative farms to create a crunchy, flavorful and mess-free cracker using only seven ingredients. The crackers are certified humane, non-GMO and regenerative, with six grams of protein and 130 calories per serving.

Francisco and his brother Tomas Pergola founded Cheddies after searching for a healthy and tasty alternative to processed cheese-based snacks. While in college, the Pergola brothers began working to create a sustainably sourced cheese cracker. The brothers partners with Alexandre family farms, one of the few regenerative dairy farms in the US, to generate the recipe that give Cheddies its signature taste.
The cheese crackers are available in Classic Sea Salt, Spicy Cheddar and White Cheddar varieties. Cheddies are available nationwide at Sprouts Farmers Market and select H-E-B locations for an SRP of $5.99.
