BURLINGTON, VT — Allergen-friendly brand Partake lent its gluten-free oatmeal cookies as an inclusion in the newest non-dairy flavor from Ben & Jerry’s.
Oatmeal Dream Pie includes an oatmeal crème pie non-dairy dessert with Partake’s gluten-free cookies and marshmallow swirls. This marks the first new flavor in 2023 for the Vermont-based ice cream brand.
“We’re thrilled to partner with high-end suppliers who provide the incredible chunks and swirls fans expect from Ben & Jerry’s, and this flavor truly delivers,” said Chris Rivard, flavor guru for Ben & Jerry’s who helped drive the partnership between the two companies.
The brands share more than a frozen dessert flavor as both are Certified B Corporations. As part of the company’s continued efforts to address racial justice in the US, Ben & Jerry’s notes the importance of supporting Black- and women-owned businesses like Partake.
“The chance to work with Ben & Jerry’s is an Oatmeal Dream come true,” said Denise Woodard, founder and CEO of Partake. “As fellow champions of inclusivity and good food doing good, Ben & Jerry’s has long been on at the top of our list to partner. We are thrilled to join them in freezers across America by providing our one-of-a-kind oatmeal cookies.”
The flavor packed ice cream is a full-time addition to the Ben & Jerry’s Non-Dairy line and will be offered in pints across the US at an MSRP of $5.99 to $6.49.
